Hey Joshua – are you using a Canon Vixia HF-11? Or some other brand/version? Oh, or maybe you’re on an old Mac…. At any rate, if you need conversion software, sometimes you can find that for free, other times it’s quite cheap – usuallly under $20 – just do a google search. Good luck!

I did what you told me, but although it did detect my camera it was unable to upload the files. I think it’s because the files are .MPS and they need to be converted to a different format, but how do I convert it to a different format so that MAC could read it?
